Shower facilities, laundry room, pool, jacuzzi, indoor swimming, clubhouse, exercise room, game room, restaurant, mini-golf, playground, and shuffle board. Located at 150 feet above sea level on a high ridge, the Resort affords panoramic views and vistas overlooking the port of Ilwaco, Long Beach Peninsula, the mouth of the Columbia River and across the river to Astoria, OR. The area boasts the Northwest's finest fishing, clamming, crabbing, kite-flying and access to one of the longest driving beaches in the US.

GPS: 46.310097N, -124.049231W From Seattle take I-5 south to Chehalis, then west on Hwy 6 to Raymond. Go south on hwy 101 to Ilwaco. From Portland take I-5 north to Oregon Hwy 30, then west to Astoria, cross Columbia River Bridge north to Ilwaco. Follow signs to Cape Disappointment State Park, 1/2 mile on right.
